Steve Lee, CEO & chief pathfinder

Most who know Steve, considered him a tech fanatic and gadget lover long before the Internet rearranged our world. Among interactive company CEOs, Steve is not exactly normal. First, he has a lot more gray hair than you might expect, but don't think that makes him an old guy. He has decades of business experience combined with technical understanding that makes for a vibrant combination. And he's not given the title of "pathfinder" because it's cool. His strength lies in strategic planning and creating the digital path best suited to clients looking for direction. A University of Texas graduate, with a million stories about baseball and rock and roll in Austin. So don't ask unless you have extra time to hear a "few" stories. And avoid rock and roll, or he'll show you his "shots."

Jeannine Lee, president

While Steve was immersed in technology, Jeannine's PR experiences found her in several large corporations and non-profits. Now, after 13 years at QSI, she's feeling pretty seasoned in the digital marketing world. Its ever-changing framework makes her crazy trying to keep up (if the world could just stop moving for a few months, please!) but keeps her young. She loves working with clients and managing their day-to-day needs. An avid reader and cook, she put together a booklet of her favorite recipes to share with friends.

Annette Hunt, account supervisor

Annette worked with QuickSilver for three years as a client before jumping over to the agency and joining our account management team. So she knew best how QuickSilver liked to treat its clients and our philosophy matched hers for delivering superior customer service and attention. Since joining she's used her marketing, sales, promotion, event marketing and customer service expertise from several Fortune 1000 companies in managing accounts for many of our key clients. She's an devoted movie buff and enjoys reading thrillers and mysteries from Agatha Christie to Patricia Cornwell.

Jim Haynes, APR, Fellow PRSA, research

Jim jokes that he can’t hold a job. He’s been a university assistant dean, educator at four universities, textbook co-author, international consultant, foundation chairman, researcher, speaker, corporate PR director and agency EVP. Then there’s his volunteer work for public relations organizations, churches, municipalities, the State of Texas, the American Red Cross and -- well, you get the idea. For QSI he wears his researcher hat, creating and conducting all types of research from focus groups and personal interviews, to online surveys and customer satisfaction studies.

It takes the entire QuickSilver team to service our clients, though.
