Experience tells us that all things are possible when it comes to building a customized web-based system. Yet, it also tells us that the "simple online application" can quickly become a full-blown system once we sit around the table to talk (and listen).

As your interactive agency, you have access to experienced professionals in business and marketing, as well as, programmers that work closely with you to create a customized solution that will work for your organization.

Before we build any system we do a lot of talking and a lot of listening - to you, your customers, your employees and any other key player that will be impacted. The next step involves a whole lot of writing as we craft the requirements needed for this system. If these two tasks are not done correctly or well, then everyone is in a world of hurt. We say this because these are two very critical steps that take time. Taking the time and doing it right is very important.

• "Mom and Pop" type eCommerce systems for stores of 10-25 products that communicate to either the client or the fulfillment company, updates inventory and includes customized reports
• HR Systems that manage the job applicant from the initial application to the final step of employment
• RFP tools that allow the client to upload RFP's for vendors to download and respond to and a backend for client to store responses
• A single ticket sales system that allows ticket purchases and a backend for the box office to manage each purchase and flag when a show is close to sold-out as well as a "ticket swap" feature for season subscribers
